Sunday, August 1st - 3:00 P.M.

The Cleveland Poker Championship is a series of poker tournaments at Nautica Charity Poker Festivals that will include every tournament in the month of July (except the Firecracker 2010). Players will be awarded points just for participating...and even more points for finishing in the top 10! The top 50 point earners plus 5 players drawn at random will be invited to play in the Cleveland Poker Championship at 3:00 p.m. on August 1st. Every tournament in July will fund the prize pool for the finals. Buy-in for the final tournament of the Cleveland Poker Championship is $75 ($60+$15).

Participate in any tournament during July and automatically receive 2 points, plus...

1st Place... 12 points
2nd Place... 11 points
3rd Place... 10 points
4th Place... 9 points
5th Place... 8 points

6th Place... 7 points
7th Place... 6 points
8th Place... 5 points
9th Place... 4 points
10th Place... 3 points

Rules:

  1. Players will be required to pay an additional $5.00 fee to participate in any tournament. This fee is mandatory. The $5.00 fee will be held by Nautica Charity Poker Festivals as part of the prize pool for the finals.
  2. Players are required to negotiate how points awarded if an agreement is made to divide (chop) the prize pool.
  3. Players will have the opportunity to accumulate points by playing tournaments through the month of July.
  4. It is the individual player’s responsibility to report what place they finished when they are eliminated from a tournament. Nautica Charity Poker Festivals will make an effort to ensure all points are recorded accurately.
  5. Points are non-transferable.
  6. Points for participation will only be given once per tournament.
  7. The top 50 point earners will be invited back to participate in the Cleveland Poker Championship finals Sunday, August 1st at 3:00pm.
  8. If fewer than 50 players earn points during the month, only those players earning points will be invited to participate in the Cleveland Poker Championship finals.
  9. The buy-in for the Cleveland Poker Championship final tour- nament will be $75 ($60+$15).
  10. Players may monitor they points they accumulate at www.NauticaCharityPoker.org/CPC/points. Player points are updated on an ongoing basis.
