Ohio Gaming Law defines qualified charities as:

Charitable organizations means any tax-exempt religious, education, sporting, service, non-profit medical, volunteer rescue service, volunteer firefighter's, senior citizen's, historic railroad education, youth athletic, amateur athletic, or youth athletic park organization. For further clarification, please consult Ohio Revised Code - Chapter 2915 - Gambling.

Please note, the 2-day program is filling up quickly due to the large number of applications already received. Qualified groups are still welcome to apply but applications will be held on a waiting list for review if openings occur. Thank you for your interest in the Nautica Charity Poker Festivals.
